Stephen Vassor
Founder and CEO

As Founder and CEO of GoldRock Asset Management, Mr. Vassor is responsible for the company’s strategic vision, supporting the company’s expansion into new markets, overseeing day-to-day operations, and fostering consistent performance and customer satisfaction.

Mr. Vassor’s experience in investment management and development has resulted in over $1 Billion in transactions across North America. As President and Partner of Dantes Community Partners (DCP), Mr. Vassor was responsible for the establishment and carryout of policies and procedures, oversight of the company’s investment activity including capital raising, capital allocation, and insight to best implement the business strategy and company vision. Furthermore, Mr. Vassor was responsible for the creation and maintenance of systems and technology to intuitively forecast income and expense projections, capital requirements, risk-return analysis, and hold/sell recommendations for company assets.

Mr. Vassor is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and African-American Real Estate Professionals (AAREP). Mr. Vassor holds a B.S.B.A in Finance with an emphasis in International Business and a B.S.B.A in Business Analytics from Old Dominion University.
